I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The view of the sea was absolutely magical, and it was so relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves every night. The sunsets were breathtaking and made the whole experience unforgettable. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home.I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again in the future! 🌅✨

Comfortable but be prepared to exercise

· -The beds are exceptionally comfortable
-The view from the balcony is Knock out
-Christian was contactable and prompt
· The incline to the beach, I am an avid walker but unfortunately not all of my teenagers are. The decent down to the beach or the shopping centre can done with ease but the incline back in the heat proved less of a family favourite. Luckily taxi's are relatively inexpensive!

Vue imprenable sur la plage de Patalavaca !

· Appartement avec vue incroyable sur la plage de Patalavaca, situation géographique parfaite ! La chambre séparée avec un ventilateur au plafond est un vrai plus. Nous vous conseillons de faire le détour et Christian saura vous accueillir !

· Nous avons dû aller au supermarché directement en arrivant pour acheter du papier toilette et du savon… une petite bouteille d’eau au frais aurait également été plus qu’appréciée en plein été surtout au vu du prix que nous avons payés.

Mes filles et moi avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet appartement.La vue est à couper le souffle, on dort bercé par le bruit des vagues et Patalavaca est très bien située pour rayonner dans le sud et le centre de l'île.L'appartement est propre et très confortable et le réel atout est l'accès direct à la plage !Merci à Christian pour son accueil chaleureux et sa souplesse au niveau des check-in et check-out.Nous nous sommes senties vraiment bien et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

El alojamiento era perfecto, limpio, correcto y las vistas eran increíbles, se escucha el sonido del mar a todas horas y tienes una playa acogedora con acceso privado desde el edificio. Tiene también un paseo marítimo para llegar andando hasta la playa y el complejo de Anfi del mar.Si buscas en gran Canaria la tranquilidad, esta es una buena zona. Tiene parking privado comunitario para aparcar y la movilidad es buena y rápida porque está todo cerca (Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogán, Meloneras, Maspalomas). En definitiva una experiencia 100% recomendable

Apartamento muy agradable por la tranquilidad y las vistas a la playa. Siempre se oye las olas de mar de fondo. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la lavadora que lo resolvió muy rápido. También salía agua caliente de los grifos entre las 10h y las 15h más o menos pero nos dijo que debe ser por el sol que da a las tuberías. Los vecinos del edificio muy amables. Y el transporte público de la zona muy práctico y fluido. Todo en general estupendo. Gracias Christian por tu buen trabajo como anfitrión.

Se si vuole trascorrere una vacanza in relax cullati dal rumore del mare, la casa di Christian è perfetta. Un angolo di paradiso con una vista incredibilmente bella. E accessoriata nei minimi particolari. L'host è gentile e ci ha accolto di persona fornendo i tutte le informazioni. La casa dista 30 minuti dall'aeroporto e si raggiunge facilmente in auto. La spiaggia è sotto casa e lungo la costa che si percorre a piedi ci sono bar ristoranti e tante altre attività. Una vacanza indimenticabile

The stay was pleasant the house is very cosy and. Host always active very responsive, a small inconvenience with the washing machine but there was always a response from the host. The house is located in a very convenient place from the beaches and the private parking is very convenient. I absolutely recommend a stay here

Fantastic place!

· Fantastic location! We’ve been traveling for many years and it’s one of the best apartments we’ve ever been! The owner meets you personally and provides you all the info you need. Everything inside is well thought of. You can hear the ocean and it’s like a meditation therapy included in the price. The views are amazing, even better than on the pictures.

Wohnung in toller Lage

· Die Lage ist sensationell,der Empfang von Christian sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Betten bequem und Meerblick,im kleinen Ort alles was man braucht und die Badebucht vor der Tür mit Lift fast ins Meer,ein Traum. Am Abend Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon, wir hatten eine schöne Woche.
Es war nicht so ganz sauber und Steckdosen aus der Wand hängend, die Inneneinrichtung im Wohnzimmer ist deutlich,,in die Jahre gekommen " aber wir haben sowieso nur den Balkon genutzt.

Fantastische Wohnung

· Die Unterkunft ist eine der Besten die ich seit langem bewohnt habe. Sie ist ordentlich, sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch! Der Meerblick ist ein Traum! Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert. Ich kann sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
· Das Kinderzimmer ist etwas klein, aber zum Schlafen ausreichend. Die Küchenausstattung könnte teilweise erneuert werden.
Aber, im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Christian hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns zusätzlich länger Zeit für den Check-out gegeben. Außerdem hat er uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben, er ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand, der nie wirklich überfüllt und sauber ist, toller Sand ohne Algen! Zusätzlich ist direkt vor der Unterkunft eine Bushaltestelle und zahlreiche Restaurants. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man braucht, sogar ein Schirm für den Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Traumhaft schöner Blick auf das Meer

· Direkt am Meer gelegen, Mega Ausblick auf den Strand und Meer, ständiges Meeresrauschen, direkter Zugang zum Strand, viele gute Restaurant in der Nähe
· Leider bei der Ankunft nicht die schwarzen Haare auf dem Boden gesehen.
Trotz großen privaten Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ständige Suche nach einem freien Stellplatz

整体很好，我们是租车的所以交通没问题。大海一边的景色特别好，太阳也很暖和。晚上打开窗也会很凉快。房东很友好，沟通顺利，有小蚂蚁的时候也赶紧过来解决了。房子所在的楼有点旧，一边是大海，另一边是比较普通村子的样子。有时候停车位会比较拥挤。

Utsiktsleilighet

· Sentralt, usjenert, fantastisk utsikt, stor terasse, gode senger, lett adgang til bassenget, lett å få kontakt med "vaktmester", godt med skap/kommoder, alt vi trengte på kjøkken.
· Sofaen på stue var utslitt og veldig vond å sitte på.

· The location was good, view was excellent. 10-15 minute walk down to the beach and town. Close to the Spar to pick up supplies. Beach towels were included and kitchen fully equipped. Christian was always on hand if we had any problems (which we didn’t have).

Wir hatten wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in der Unterkunft von Christian. Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und freundlich.Das Apartment war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Bilder zu sehen.Die Ausstattung war super!!! Es gab wirklich alles was man benötigt. Das haben wir in noch keinem Airbnb erlebt.Das schönste war aber auf jeden Fall der Ausblick aufs Meer und das Meeresrauschen, welches man Tag und Nacht hören konnte!Der Weg zum Strand, zu Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsläden etc. war schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🙂

· Parkplätze direkt bei der Unterkunft sind schwierig zu finden; es müssen einige Treppenstufen überwunden werden und daher nicht geeignet für Leute mit Gehbehinderung

Dejligt ophold i god lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt, som er malerisk og ubeskrivelig.

· Alt fungerede fra vi bookning af lejligheden til vi kom derned - og til vi rejste igen.
Fantastisk god udsigt. God vært, som er meget venlig og imødekommende.
Vi kommer gerne igen.
Vi spiste flere gange hjemme på terrassen i steden for at tage på restaurant. Alt stemte overens med fotos på booking.com. Dejligt ophold. Kan virkelig anbefales.
· Alt var iorden.
Lejligheden ligger højt, så hvis man er dårlig til bens, skal man ikke vælge denne.
Der findes mange trapper mellem husene derop til, som kan benyttes samme med kørevejen dertil.

Very nice apartment with all the things needed on holiday! Amazing view, especially the sunset. The apartment was equipped with beach umbrellas. The host was super friendly and answered all the messages quickly. The area is super quiet, but it's really close to the beach (a really calm and quiet beach!), the shops, restaurants and the bus stop. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, highly recommend!

☺Dejlig lejlighed og altan med fantastisk udsigt over vandet og hele kløften. Lejlighed levede op til vores forventninger. Vi var overrasket over, hvor glade vi også blev for poolen. Det føltes som egen pool, da det er få lejligheder, der deler poolen og den var større end forventet og var placeret lige ude foran lejligheden. Vi satte også stor pris på den ro og privathed der var grundet lejligheden og altanens placering.

Superbe appartement vue mer dans un petit village

· L'appartement a un super emplacement face mer avec une vue magnifique et il est vraiment fonctionnel (tout le nécessaire pour une famille avec enfants). Il est situé dans un village très agréable, la plage en bas est très belle, super surtout avec des enfants. L'appartement est très calme. Nous reviendrons sûrement si nous retournons a Gran Canarias.

Totally relaxing

· Everything lovely easy apartment to stay in all you need and more, with beautiful sea views the back totally opened up as a large balcony with two comfy wicker chairs to sit and watch the waves and boats. Bus stop outside restaurants on street and beach level straight out of lift .local beach and a private pool area worth going into for a day. Everything on your doorstep.Would love to return.
· More time spent a month here could have stayed longer.
