The apartment has a great view of Puerto Rico, the beach and the ocean. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets directly from your terrace. Here you live in a quiet and privileged area with short distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and night life. There is a separate exit from the terrace to the community pool. The complex consists of only 8 apartments that share the pool. You have to walk some steps to get to the apartment, so not suitable for families with small children (stroller). The apartment is 80 square meters and the terrace is 25 square meters. The 3rd bedroom is also the access to the 2nd bedroom.

We welcome our guests personally on arrival and explain everything about the facility and the surrounding area in detail. We help our guests in all matters relating to their vacation so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation. We speak your language: German, English, Norwegian, Spanish.

Loved it, want to buy it! Will be returning.
 · The property is massive! The kids had their own room and bathroom, then there is a separate living room and kitchen. The outside balcony provided loads of space for storage, dining, relaxing, and hanging washing - as well as the amazing view.

 · The en-suite needs updating, but this is not a restriction.

 

In about 700 meters you will find a bus stop and a taxi stand. There are several car rental companies nearby.

This apartment offers you the perfect location as a starting point for your holiday: the beach and the harbor are only a short walk away, various shopping centers with many restaurants and bars - all in the immediate vicinity. The Angry Birds children's park is also nearby. Beaches, car rental companies, supermarkets - everything you need for a relaxing holiday can be found here. In about 700 meters you will find a bus stop, a taxi stand and various car rental companies. The Golf course Anfi Tauro Golf is only about 2 km away.
